We will send you a private link beforehand for you to share with whoever you like. Simply click on the link to watch the event livestream at the scheduled time, as easy as watching a Youtube video.

Can’t I just livestream from my phone?

Even though it may be possible to stream video from a mobile phone, we have heard many unfortunate stories of online attendees having very poor experiences from this. Most often people watching online are unable to properly see or hear what is happening at the event, especially if the phone is far away or has an unstable connection. Sometimes no one is aware of any issues until after it is already too late

For such an important event as a funeral, memorial, wedding or corporate function, we highly recommend investing in a professional video livestreaming service.

What if the venue doesn’t have internet?

We provide our own high-speed 5G internet connection for the best quality livestreaming available at your location. We are also able to use the provided internet connection at the venue if available.

Although we endeavour to provide the best connection possible for your livestream, sometimes there are service and connection issues that are beyond our control. As a backup in this case, we will upload the recorded event video as soon as possible afterwards for you to view.

Can you livestream an outdoor service?

Yes, we can livestream outdoor events.
Make sure to let us know beforehand if you are planning an outdoor event as sometimes they require extra arrangements and our range of services can be dependent on the weather conditions on the day.

Can you stream the video to Facebook or Zoom instead?

Accepted Answer

While there are many different platforms that offer livestreaming, many of them compromise on quality and performance. To ensure the quality of our service, we use a dedicated, private video livestreaming platform that delivers high quality video and audio to give you the best experience possible.

Will the livestreaming equipment be distracting for people attending in-person?

Accepted Answer

Our goal for every livestream is to offer a respectful, non-disruptive, high-quality service that doesn’t take away from the experience of those attending in-person.

We use multiple specialised cameras with zoom capabilities and wireless microphones to give the best experience to online attendees, while not interrupting the service for those attending on the day.

Our team will set up our equipment in the most discrete area possible at the venue to stay out of the way and not be distracting to anyone attending in-person.

Can you create a photo slideshow to play at the funeral or memorial service?

Yes we can arrange a tribute slideshow to play at the funeral or memorial service for an extra fee. You provide us with the photos you’d like to include and we will create it for you.

How long can you livestream for?

Accepted Answer

Our standard package includes up to 2hrs of video livestreaming coverage for your event. We can cater to longer events for an extra fee.
Make sure to contact us beforehand if you are planning a longer ceremony so we can make the necessary arrangements. Get in touch with us to find out more about our livestreaming packages.

Question 11

How many people can attend online?

Accepted Answer

You can send the private livestream link to as many people as you like. There is no limit on how many people are able to attend the online livestream.

Question 12

Can people access the stream from outside Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anyone around the world will be able to access the online livestream as long as they have a good quality internet connection and a device with a web browser.

However, some countries impose their own restrictions on what online content can be accessed and unfortunately this is out of our control. In these rare cases, we recommend sharing the downloaded recording directly with those attendees afterwards.

Question 13

Can I access the video after it’s been streamed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can re-watch the livestream of your event as soon as it is concluded. It will stay online to view for 1 month afterwards and will also be available for download.

Question 14

Do you travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we come to you. We are able to travel to your venue location as long as it falls within our service areas. There may be extra fees added to our standard packages for more distant venues to cover our travel costs.
